  • Business Focus
  • Customer Set
  • Card Association
  • Business Structure
  • General Electric & GE Consumer Finance

Business Focus

Business Focus: Projector A unit of GE Consumer Finance, Corporate Payment Services provides corporate travel, purchasing, one card, fleet vehicle, controlled value, and stored value/payroll card payment systems. We also specialize in electronic settlement tools for e-procurement

Backed by GE's "best practice" consulting, our payment solutions cut overhead and costs, promote policy, and give employees the convenience and information they need. The capabilities and services we offer medium- and large-sized companies and organizations come together in the GE Business Marketplace.™

Customer Set

Customer Set: Rolodex We design our products and services for companies with annual revenues greater than $300 million, and for government or other large organizations. We have hundreds of customers, including dozens in the Fortune 500.

Our Productivity Business Card product is designed to serve small- and medium-sized businesses.

Card Association

Card Association: MasterCard Corporate Payment Services' MasterCard® corporate card products are issued by GE Capital Financial Inc. MasterCard has key advantages over a number of competing card associations, which charge higher merchant fees and have less global acceptance than MasterCard.

Through MasterCard, we offer a wide range of cardholder services, including but not limited to emergency medical and road assistance, card replacement, primary insurance for collision, and losses on rental cars. In addition, we're one of MasterCard's most progressive partners. We are the first MasterCard issuer to offer euro-denominated purchasing and travel cards for the multinational market, and the first to launch a MasterCard Executive Card for the large corporate market.

Business Structure

Business Structure: Time Clock Our staffing is organized to serve our diverse customer and cardholder base. Key staff assigned to your program roll-out and on-going support include the Business Development Manager, National Account Manager, and implementation, global, and technology support staff.

Cardholders receive 24 hour x 7 day support from our Customer Service Team. Other key operations departments manage fraud prevention, dispute resolution, collections and day-to-day program administrator support.

Our Marketing and Product Development teams work with customers to design new products and services to grow your card programs effectively. Our Quality department coordinates our efforts in GE's company-wide "Six Sigma" quality program, and helps us track critical customer and cardholder satisfaction and service delivery indicators. Legal, Risk, Human Resources and Finance are other departments that support the customer relationship.
